Manila - Bohol - Cebu - Camotes Islands - Leyte - Manila In Manila, we first enjoy a tour of the Philippines' capital. We then fly south to Bohol, which has beautiful tropical beaches, the amazing Chocolate Hills, Loboc River, and of course, the Philippines Tarsier - the world's smallest primate. A visit to Cebu presents a pleasant discovery of its rich history, multifaceted culture and captivating people. It provides a glimpse of the country's glorious past, with a number of preserved historic relics standing until today. Taking a boat to the Camotes Islands, we enjoy a few days at a beach resort at San Francisco. We catch a boat to Ormoc, on the island of Leyte, where we explore Ormoc City, and Lake Danoe, and the Tongonan National Park & Hot Springs. Moving on to Tacloban, we take in the scene of General McArthurs landing point at Palo during WWII when the Americans began the liberation of the Philippines. We travel back to Manila where our journey concludes.

Loboc - Bilar Man-made forest Chocolate Hills, the provinceʼs signature attraction Loboc River cruise, a fascinating boat ride along palm-fringed banks Day 5 - Whale and Dolphin Spotting - Balicasag Island Whale and dolphin-watching has become a popular ecotourism activity in the area where sightings have been almost certain. Dolphin species abundant in the area are bottlenose, spinner, and spotted while 13 species of cetaceans are found including the melon-headed and baby sperm whales.
For the more curious who love to explore the underwater marine life, one may opt to go snorkeling or diving. Day 6 - Transfer to the Island of Cebu Transfer to Port. Fast Ferry to Cebu. Arrival Cebu. Transfer to Hotel Day 7 - Twin Island Heritage Tour. Trace the journey of Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan when he landed in Cebu on April 1521,till his defeat by chieftain Lapu Lapu in the Battle of Mactan. Visit Major landmarks in Cebu like Magellan's Cross, Fort San Pedro, Basilica of the Santo Niño and Casa Gorordo Museum, and Taoist Temple. Visit the National Liberty Shrine, site of the triumphant battle of Lapu Lapu over Magellan. Visit to the Shrine of our Lady of the Rule parish church, and Guitar Factory. Includes lunch Day 8 - Southern Heritage Countryside & Village Experience Enjoy a day’s excursion down South passing by centuries-old churches and colourful markets; impressive church facades, and religious shrines. Most significant is the church of CARCAR dedicated to St.Catherine of Alexandria;and the Theotokos Shrine (mother of God). Final stop is Carcar town,alive in a blend of Spanish Architecture seen in ancestral homes and local artistry in crafts like shoe making, basket weaving and delicacy cooking. Lake Danao is a guitar-shaped lake covering an area of 148 hectares. Viewed from the top, it looks like an uncut diamond thrown into a rugged topography of verdant growth, glimmering with magnificence. Hemmed by the cloudcapped Amandiwin mountain range, the lake is about 15 kilometers northeast of Ormoc City.
